Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients, introducing them to our range of handbags and accessories.
- Present and explain product features, benefits, and promotions to encourage clients to make purchases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and providing excellent service.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotes to close sales.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Keep records of customer interactions, updating the CRM with accurate details.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to share feedback and insights for product improvement.
Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales or a related field, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
