La Net Team Software Solutions - Manager - Product Sales (7-12 yrs)
- We are in search of a SaaS Product Sales Manager to execute corporate strategies and objectives in alignment with product management. This position involves monitoring the entire process of product development, working closely with a broad group of individuals in various departments within the company, and delivering results in a timely manner.
Responsibilities :
1. Improve the customer experience, drive growth, and grow market share by filling product gaps
2. Identified through the analysis of the customer experience.
3. Convert product strategies into thorough prototypes and requirements.
4. Prioritize activities according to customer and business impact.
5. Coordinate with the technical teams to increase delivery efficiency and speed.
Requirements:
1. Must have experience selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or subscription based products to a diverse customer base
2. Large account management or project management experience
3. Proven track record for closing sales (SaaS IT product) MSME companies
4. Conducting one-on-one and group sales presentations
5. Managing perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
Skills :
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent preferred
- Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively pitch them to management.
- Strong technical knowledge and software development experience
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Problem-solving and leadership skills
- Good interpersonal skills and can work with cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
