La Net Team Software Solutions - Executive/Manager - Business Development/Client Relationship (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Client Relationship Manager) to create and nurture long-term relationships with offshore clients & pursuing new business opportunities.
In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to grasp clients- needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. If you also have a background in customer services such as handling offshore IT (Software & Services) clients and knowledge of the IT (Software & Services) industry,
Remote Work: WFH
Responsibility :
- Working knowledge of bidding portals like - Upwork, LinkedIn, Hubstaff, Freelancer, Guru Etc.
- Working knowledge of Lead Generation, Identifying, creating, and pursuing new business opportunities and clients.
- Knowledge of client communication using emails, chat, audio and video call, and Skype call.
- Functioning as a primary bridge between the business, operations, and technical areas in the initial phases of the project cycle.
- Generating Leads, Client communication, and Follow-ups.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Should have experience of 1-3 years in Business Development.
- Must have excellent communication skills (written & Oral).Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager / Relationship Manager / Business Development Manager.
- Proven track record of handling offshore clients and exceeding targets
- Background in customer service; IT industry knowledge is a must.
- Ability to deal with people diplomatically
- Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms.
