- Meet doctors to discuss new propositions of commerce vertical of the organisation and onboard them based on the organisation - approved processes.

- Onboarding and Engagement of doctors via Face to Face and/or Telephonic medium.

- Describe the value-added benefits of new propositions.

- Give the doctor a demo on the process flow.

- Collate feedback/requests from doctors about the process.

- Support in capturing patient testimonials, in accordance with the organization-approved SOP.

- Conduct surveys to understand the current state of the process.

- Help, report and support doctors on technical issues faced.

- Collect the reason for doctors and patients dropout.

- Educate doctor staff/patients on the ordering process.

- Be aware of all organizational, divisional, and other related policies and procedures related to quality, information security and data privacy.

- Responsible for strictly adhering to quality standards for various deliverables as decided by the business unit.

- Receive regular feedback from team managers and undergo program related training and on the job training on a regular basis.

- Candidates should be open to field work and should be ready to travel ex-station cities based on the business requirements.

- Responsible for maintaining confidentiality and copyright rules for various deliverables and company norms.
