KYNO Health - Team Lead - Sales (3-10 yrs)
We are seeking a Sales Team Lead to manage and lead our in-house sales team of experts, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a sales team, coordinating across various departments, and driving performance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and manage the in-house sales team to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
- Coordinate with other departments (product, marketing, operations, and customer success) to align sales strategies and ensure smooth execution.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee daily operations of the sales team, ensuring high productivity and quality of customer engagement.
- Provide regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
- Ensure continuous training and professional development for the sales team to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques.
- Maintain and optimize CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Support the team in closing high-value deals and managing key customer accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales tactics as needed.
- Be hands-on in sales presentations, both internally and externally, as required.
