Kyndal - Manager - Institutional Sales (5-10 yrs)

Position :

- As a Key Accounts Manager, your role is to achieve Kyndal India's business objectives & agreed sales budget for your specific territory whilst understanding and embracing the strategic imperatives of Kyndal India in your day-to-day business. The core focus in respect of this position is to continue to grow the on-premise side of the business across KIPL's brand portfolio in Haryana

Sales Objectives :

- Achieve mutually agreed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the Regional Sales Manager within the assigned HoReCa key accounts

- Drive efforts towards attaining key objectives of achieving volume, revenue, profit and brand share targets.

Account Management :

- Ensure effective and smooth relationships are maintained with designated account customers in order to optimize operational effectiveness, business performance and goodwill.

- Ensure excellent relationships with main decision-makers in the state offices, and individual outlets of Key Account customers.

- Ensure the most appropriate coverage of all current and potential accounts, and examine/recommend ways and means of broadening distribution, as well as developing new sales opportunities

- Make recommendation of changes in prices and trading terms

Activation and Promotions :

- Continuous implementation of agreed strategies derived from the Brand Plans.

- Through carefully and comprehensively formulated sales actions, ensure maximum focus on core brands.

- Priorities will be in the disciplines of pricing, distribution, trade stock levels, trade merchandising ,activations, promotions, and other volume-generating activities.

Market Trends & Competitor Information :

- Keep KIPL updated about best practices in the market, market trends and competitor activity

- Monitor competitor pricing and promotions

- Monitor and assess competitors' activities, evaluate market changes and trends, and recommend timely responsive actions for the benefits of the brands amongst all Accounts.

Profile :

- Minimum 5 years of commercial account management experience in alco-bev sales.

- Excellent sales skills with proven record of achieving targets

- Exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of liquor consumption trends, habits, and preferences of consumers in Delhi NCR

- High level of commercial awareness and an instinct for exploiting profit opportunities

- Excellent negotiation skills.

- Possess a good understanding of people management

- An ability to work with a disciplined approach to ensure work/time management and standards

- Fluent in English with proficiency of local language(s) will be a plus

Education : Any Graduate

Language : Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English
