KYI Soft Solutions - Key Account Manager/Sales Role (1-8 yrs)
Responsibilities of Key Account Manager(Sales):
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Provide suggestions for service/ product development by analyzing market requirement.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Qualifications and Skills :
Candidate must be :
- 1. Presentable skills & Hardworking
2. Personal Vehicle
3. Min. 1 year experience in sales
4. Able to work independently and as a team player
Qualification: Graduation/MBA/PGDM
