Responsibilities/ What you- ll be doing - Kwanzoo (www.kwanzoo.com) is a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company with corporate headquarters in the San Francisco Bay Area (Silicon Valley), and field offices in Austin, TX, USA; Bangalore, and Pune. We are innovating in the B2B marketing and sales technology space. Kwanzoo serves large, global, B2B brands including Cisco Systems, HP Enterprise, Adobe Systems, HCL Technologies, Infosys Inc, as well as mid-market B2B brands and high-technology startups.
- We are looking to expand our sales and marketing team in our Bangalore location to support growth.
- We are looking for dynamic Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative(s) to contribute to our growth. This person will play a critical role in expanding our presence across global markets, including the United States and the APAC region, by rapidly converting prospects into Qualified Sales opportunities.
- This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in B2B enterprise software sales. We would ideally like to see some experience working with and support a B2B sales team, and demonstrated prospecting and organizational skills, with a sense of key metrics for success as an SDR. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology, has sold marketing and sales solutions, and can creatively consult with clients to convince them of the value we provide.
Qualifications/What we are looking for- .
- 1+ years of inside sales experience
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Strong spoken and written English language communication skills
- Spoken English easy to understand for overseas prospects (USA/Europe)
- Day-to-day sales activity management using a CRM
- Experience with Salesforce CRM (SFDC) a plus
- Follow-up on incoming leads to qualify prospects
- Proactive outreach to prospects via outbound emails and phone calls
- Implement effective multi-touch sales cadences of email/call/social outreach
- Create personalized emails to engage target accounts
- Utilize social selling techniques to expand the network and open up new opportunities
- Convert unqualified inquiries into qualified opportunities for further action by sales colleagues
- Provide exceptional customer service to inbound inquiries
