- Identifying clients leads and developing new client base for leasing.
- Sourcing of business through direct marketing and networking with IPCs & broker network.
- Client management/servicing at all phases (pre and post transaction).
- Handling and closing retail space requirement of clients- new spaces, assessing customer needs and accordingly, devising the best case solution negotiating and closing lease related documents (from both commercial and legal perspective).
- Handling of client meetings and site visits to apprise them on micro level site information.
