Kurlon - Key Accounts Manager - Institutional Business (4-8 yrs)
Primary Responsibilities Will Include :
- Aggressively drive relationship based sales business
- Build & manage key accounts viz. Hotels & Hospitality, Upcoming Projects etc.
- Respond, as first point of contact, to the growing number of warm sales leads that come through email, phone and our regional sales teams
- Manage execution of sales leads
- Coordinate with internal teams to best address client needs
- Process sales requests and orders for large volume deals
- Work with marketing team to provide marketing support to key clients
- Coordinate with Client team and Project Management team for fulfillment of expectations
Skills Required :
Sales :
- Managing Institution sales directly or through our regular distribution channel
- Sales Analysis: Tracking client specific monthly sales; one time vs. recurring business
- Project Sales Skills
Marketing :
- Commercial Acumen, Coordinating with Marketing for marketing support, if applicable
Soft Skills :
- Leadership Skills / Presentation Skills / Negotiation Skills / Networking Skills / Influencing Skills
- Organized / Methodical / Analytic Ability
- Knowledge of Local Language, Executive Presence
Ideal Candidate :
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business with hotels, hospitality, travel, holiday, etc.
- Degree in Hospitality/Tourism or MBA or related graduates
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills as well as fluency in Native Languages
- Strong comfort with Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Excel
- Polite, customer focused, and willing to go the extra distance to mature a sales lead
- Detail oriented, highly motivated, independent worker and able and interested in working in a cross functional team
- Enjoys the fast paced, high pressure environment
