Profile Summary
Plan and oversee the organization's marketing activities and campaigns. You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management.
You must have great enthusiasm for all things marketing and great knowledge of relevant techniques and principles. You will also be an excellent communicator and will have experience in managing different marketing ventures. The goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of the company add the highest value to its business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Planning the monthly sales and marketing calendar.
- Prepare the marketing budget and expected revenue generated.
- Report on marketing data, monthly activities and progress.
- Manage the sales via existing sales channels and achieve agreed upon sales targets.
- Create strategies to build an immersive and engaging consumer experience at retail, brand events and offline community.
- Monitor the finances of the marketing activities and oversee the expenditures incurred to conduct the activities like branding, advertisements, promotional campaigns and PR related activities.
- Accountable and responsible for the Sales growth
- Keen eye on revenue generation and contribute to the annual growth
- Collaborate with the supply chain & sales ops teams to ensure consistency of consumer experience at offline activation.
- Be extremely focused on thinking with frugal spends and maximum impact.
- Contribute to building and executing marketing strategies through on-ground pulse monitoring & feedback bottom-up; competition scope & research, platform determination, bench-marking, messaging and customer identification
- Creatively integrate offline fan interactions into campaigns and happenings
- Collaborate with other departments to manage brand reputation requirements
- Experience in marketing across established premium brands.
- Direct knowledge of creating offline strategies for retail marketing, brand events and community marketing.
- Additional knowledge on interactive marketing concepts & new media channels - web, search, social media, event management, community & retail will be helpful.
- Experience in developing creative and strategically effective campaigns.
- Highly self-motivated, organized and professional, including the ability to work independently and partner effectively within and outside of immediate team to achieve desired results.
- Results driven, attention to detail and follow-through, and ability to work effectively at all levels within the organization.
- Self-starter with proven ability to successfully kick-start new initiatives and to drive complex issues through analysis, communication and resolution.
- Conduct objective evaluation of the various marketing & PR campaigns and activities
- Suggest way forward in planning new campaigns
- Maintain awareness of latest market trends that are in vogue
- Manage special events, such as sponsorship of races, parties introducing new products, or other activities the firm supports, to gain public attention through the media without advertising directly.
- Develop and maintain the company's corporate image and identity
Client Relationship
- Identify main client groups and audiences, determine the best way to communicate publicity information to them, and develop and implement a communication plan.
- Communicate with the customers to better understand their needs and requirements.
- Responding to customer complaints effectively.
- Create strategies to build an immersive and engaging consumer experience at retail, brand events and offline community.
- Responsible for building and growing a thriving offline community
- Nurture and identify loyal customers to create a large fan network across India
Team Management
- Lead a team to execute sales activities to increase the organizational community engagement and brand awareness across Events, Retail and Community
- Work with cross-functional teams to execute offline activities to increase community engagement and brand awareness across Events, Retail and Community.
- Set the benchmark to elevate consumer experiences at offline stores, on-ground campaigns and events.
- Work closely with online teams who monitor forums and social media channels with an aim to conciliate and serve the customer's order fulfillment needs on-ground.
