Kudroli World - Creative Head (4-8 yrs)
Profile: Creative head leads and directs the design and production of visual and audio materials and media used for advertising, broadcast, and web communications. Oversees creation of art, photo, video, and layout design. Creative Head with strong experience in Ad Campaigns (Strategy & Conceptualization) for performance-driven (direct response) acquisition & retention ads with a record of accomplishment of higher ROI for the global brand(s) with excellent communication and presentation skills and be able to interface directly with clients and higher management. Work with cross-functional teams in understanding the detailed requirement and aligning the needs to business/ product vision.
Duties :
- Manage and oversee concept, design, and implementation of both Print & Digital campaigns with good experience in building video ads from conceptualizing, storyboarding to delivering the final output. Should be a powerful storyteller through visual designs.
- Provides creative leadership for all visual, technical, and design concepts for marketing-related image and customer outreach programs to ensure quality control and consistency. Should be able to articulate conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale, both verbally and visually.
- Responsible to manage the creative team of graphic designers and video editors and make sure they are constantly inspired to develop new designs paying pragmatic attention to detail.
- Possess good creative analysis for building high-performance ads to develop the quality design and inspiring innovative approaches as a proof of concept including recommendations for quality improvements.
- Ensure that the team is aware of the latest industry trends & improvements relevant to the business & assessing which will contribute to the business.
- Develop and enforce brand and messaging standards to ensure quality control and consistency.
- Identify and use appropriate experience design tools to communicate and highlight creative vision with stakeholders (interaction patterns, prototypes, etc.)
- Creating publicity, PR and branding strategy Coordinating media interviews and relationship meetings
- Maintains Creative marketing calendar
- Commercial minded, able to balance business goals with creative aesthetic and nuances
- Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies.
- Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content, and technology.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments in developing marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities.
- Ability to understand business and conceptualize brand and design solutions.
- Strong understanding of global practices in branding and print design.
- Experience in directing photographyshoots and production of design for spaces.
