Kuants Wealth - Manager - Customer Success (1-5 yrs)
- Develop best practices and processes for customer lifecycle management
- Delight customers with support that indicates true empathy as opposed to focusing on closing tickets
- Ensure resolution of all customer issues and acts as point of contact for escalations for both internal/external stakeholders as and when needed
- Work closely with Tech/Engineering/Product teams to help resolve customer issues as per the SLAs
- Stay on top of customer queries to ensure prompt responses
- Consume and transcribe technical/product documentation for customers
- Identifying and reporting on patterns and trends that affect the customers- experience
- Report and present customer status to senior management
