Kuants Wealth - Executive - Customer Success (2-6 yrs)

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is motivated to delight the customers by implementing robust customer support systems & processes for a fast growing WealthTech firm.
Responsibilities :
- Develop best practices and processes for customer lifecycle management.
- Delight customers with support that indicates true empathy as opposed to focusing on closing tickets.
- Ensure resolution of all customer issues and acts as point of contact for escalations for both internal/external stakeholders as and when needed.
- Work closely with Tech/Engineering/Product teams to help resolve customer issues as per the SLAs.
- Stay on top of customer queries to ensure prompt responses.
- Consume and transcribe technical/product documentation for customers.
- Identifying and reporting on patterns and trends that affect the customers experience
- Report and present customer status to senior management.
Skills And Qualifications :
- Strong drive. Passionately curious. High integrity. First-principles thinker.
- Experience of 1-8 years in Customer Success/Client Support role - preferably in Brokerages, Wealth Management, Asset Management, WealthTech, FinTech firms.
- Strong empathy for customers.
