Job Description:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders. Understand their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions to win their business.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Team Management including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to business development and the successful execution of projects.

- Conduct market research to identify potential new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor analysis. Use this information to develop targeted strategies to penetrate new markets.

- To match problem statement with associated solution offering. Attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build the company's brand and expand the business network.

- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, online platforms, and referrals.

- Create impressive and compelling business proposals that showcase the company's products or services and address the specific needs of potential clients.

- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and other relevant agreements to successfully close deals and secure new business partnerships.

- Setup sales pipeline for the company - Quarter to Quarter.

- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to propose and implement innovative business development strategies.

Qualifications:

- Any Bachelor Degree with relevant experience

- 5-7 years of experience in Business Development.

- Language Known: Tamil, English (Read, Write).

Technical Skills:

- Experience in B2B, B2C Experience.

- Experience with drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts, including understanding legal terms and conditions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.

- Experience in tendering and related client processes.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking abilities.

- Work and collaborate well with others.

- Eager to work in a multi-tasked and dynamic environment.
