Job Description:

- Identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets within the social media sector.

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and emerging opportunities in the social media space. Proactively reach out to potential clients, brands, and agencies to generate new business leads.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges to tailor solutions that align with their social media strategies.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and presentations.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google ads) and their advertising capabilities. Work closely with the social media team to understand their capabilities, services, and offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

- Handle negotiations, contracts, and pricing to secure successful partnerships.

- Keep abreast of industry trends, social media platform updates, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and stay ahead in the market.

- Regularly report on sales performance, revenue, and key performance indicators. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights.

- Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and meetups to network, establish contacts, and represent the company.

Qualifications:

- Any Bachelor Degree with relevant experience

- 2-5 years of experience in Business Development.

- Language Known: Tamil, English (Read, Write).

Technical Skills:

- Experience in B2B, B2C Experience.

- Experience with drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts, including understanding legal terms and conditions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Requires a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving business success.
