Job Description :
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market segments.
- Proactively generate new leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and pain points.
- Present the company's software and hardware solutions to clients, showcasing their value and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop tailored proposals and solutions for clients.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and reviews with clients to ensure client satisfaction and identify up selling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the software and hardware sectors.
- Analyze market data and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to align strategies and deliver effective solutions.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, presentations, and case studies.
Qualifications :
- Any Bachelor Degree with relevant experience
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Development.
Technical Skills :
- Proven experience as a Business Development Associate or similar role in the software and hardware technologies sector.
- Strong understanding of software and hardware technologies, industry trends, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
