KS Bakers - Manager - Marketing (4-8 yrs)
DIGITAL MARKETING EXPERIENCE
- Social media posts : conceptualizing and creating strategies to engage customers/users.
- Email marketing using tools like Benchmark email, Mailchimp etc-
- Research markets, competitors and industries to write original SEO ready content for company website, blogs, articles, publications, infographics, online communication, and content assets
- Work with product team to come up with ideas for new content that our target audience is interested in
- Implementing SEO best practices
- Driving traffic and engagement that translates to leads and brand promotion
- Managing marketing budgets
- Experience of content creation for Social media and the website will be a plus.
- Manage digital media budgets & targeting for SEM & social media.
- Preparing reports of campaigns- responsible for creating detail report on the response of campaigns and ROI.
- Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media
BTL Marketing :
- Responsible for Growth of designated region on businessmetrics (Users, Sales Revenue, Average bill value, market knowledge, etc)
- Planning, Execution and Quality compliance of the marketing BTLactivations. ROI evaluation.
- Demonstration of strong Vendor Management (POS,Offline Marketing) and interpersonal skills
- Scouting vendors for marketing procurement of goods and services.
- Marketing budget planning and management. (Budget of at least a couple of lakhs)
- Day on day coordination with store colleagues and tracking sales numbers, and other business metrics
- Adhering to store level targets and getting the stores to its full revenue potential
- Ensure adherence of finance guidelines wrt budgets, vendor VRF and other payment related activities.
CRM :
- Develop the program to capitalize on the customer spends and ensure higher spend/frequency of spending by the customer.
- Derive customer insights from data, develop meaningful clusters and dynamic targeting of customers to increase our share of wallet. This would need working closely with IT and other analytics partners.
- Develop the customer marketing/ loyalty program calendar and implement the same with the support of the IT function and the Centre marketing teams.
- Ensure flawless execution of the program to drive customer spend& engagement.
- The communication plan to cover in- centre marketing, direct, digital, and social campaigns, BTL and others.
- Program development to ensure ease of access to reports and key metrics for performance evaluation.
- To develop and design marquee events and activations for the program that help the centre meet its business objectives.
- Tie- ups with retailers and others for special offers and privileges for shoppers and ensuring them participation in all marketing programs.
- Ensure timely updates on customer marketing/ loyalty program through the websites and social media handles through the digital marketing team.
- The Customer marketing manager needs to work with the key stakeholders the Centre team and Retailers/ other business partners to implement the program and achieve the desired objectives.
