Roles & Responsibilities:
- Research about prospective clients/companies through social networking sites, trace out relevant contact points, contact them and convert meetings with the stakeholders to ensure business development.
- Manage daily schedule, meetings, with field sales team.
- Work closely with Vice President (Sales) on Business Intelligence Reports.
- Conduct campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate new prospect leads by identifying and qualifying opportunities for new business.
- Engage and interact with decision makers at a senior level to identify new and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead, meetings and enquiries on the CRM.
- Robust report and Business Intelligence reports to management of on-going activity.
- Lead generation based on Industry news.
- Handling the complete backend of the function.
- Part of the Marketing Activities.
- Keeping tap of the HR Events & Conferences.
- Responsible for Email campaigns
- Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
- Attending meetings with business development managers and acting as a technical expert.
- Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals.
- Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
- Ensuring that the company's product can deliver on the customer's requirements.
- Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.
- Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.
- Presenting proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.
- Providing ongoing support for customers post implementation.
- Producing detailed costing's for customers and ensuring the contract is profitable.
