Kritikal Solutions- www.kritikalsolutions.com is hiring for a BDM ( Business Development Manager ) for IT Solution Sales in Sector 16, Noida. (6 pm onwards)

Responsibilities:

1. Develop Marketing and Sales strategy for the Company and to execute them.

2. Develop and manage pipeline of opportunities and convert prospects to clients.

3. Account management for existing customers and increasing the revenues from its existing levels.

4. Generating fresh opportunities by various mean of customer engagements including business networking, referrals, online marketing, email marketing etc.

5. Ensure good performance of the entire business development team.

6. To set sales targets for the entire Business development team and to ensure that the same are met.

7. To bring closure on leads

Experience and Strength:

1. 6+ years of relevant experience in business development for services/consulting company with target clients as corporate and target audience as CIO/CISO/IT Heads/Project Managers

2. Major experience with selling of IT services (Software/ Application development/ maintenance/ Re-engineering, Testing, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, SEO and Digital Media, etc.) especially in international market.

3. Strong organization and prioritization skills.

4. Good understanding of offshore software services model.

5. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

6. Past experience in Information Technology company will be preferred.

7. Should be capable to work independently with least supervision.

Night shift Candidates will get free pick and drop cab facility (Delhi\NCR) and free meal facility.
