Kritikal Solutions - Assistant Manager - IT Project Sales - Embedded & IOT (4-10 yrs)
Kritikal Solution is hiring for Business Development - IOT or Embedded in Noida for Sales of IOT or Embedded related projects globally and Asia Pacific.
Job Description :
- Responsible for meeting sales & delivery targets for engineering solutions & services for customers (Energy / Embedded & IoT) - India, Europe, US & Asia Pacific.
- Generate & Qualify leads
- Develop prospect lists & create customer data base
- Develop comprehensive sales plans
- Maintain active funnel to satisfy sales targets.
- Customer Engagements: Mapping the Customer Profile, Analyze & Identify Business Needs and Create an Opportunity, Building relationship, Customer Visits.
- Enquiry generation, Co-ordination with Presales Team on Technical requirements etc, Efforts Estimation, Resources Identification
- Prepare Techno-Commercial Proposals etc.
- Lead in participating negotiations with qualified key account/opportunities
- Closing orders, Risk Analysis in a project.
- Identifying & Participating in National & International Exhibitions for Energy or Embedded/ IoT
- Structured approach to the sales cycle, good understanding of the technology industry (Embedded, Power Electronics, IoT)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Handling Energy / Power Electronics / Embedded clients
- Strong Interpersonal Skill
- Willing to Travel
- Flexible to relocate to any location
- Prior experience in Presales, Business Development
- Strong Leadership
- BE (ECE/ EE) + MBA
- 4+ years of experience in S&M and at least 4 years of experience in Energy / Embedded Domain
