Key responsibilities :

- Assist CPs directly or their Customers as needed with setting up and navigating platform.

- Fulfil the Identifiable gap between Direct Sales CP Team and Internal Ops team in the Firm.

- Assist in arranging training with CPs as well as other team members.

- Review CP/Customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company

- Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist CPs/Customers with questions and suggest the best products for their needs

- Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives

Skills mandatory for this role :

- 2-5 years of experience in Sales Support/Customer service or customer success position strongly preferred

- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships

- Ability to Work from Office (All business days)
