Krishna Consultants - Senior Manager - Networks (12-15 yrs)
Managing the network:
- Provide assistance to leadership in determining the scale, size and composition of the KC network in terms of Own offices, Franchisee and Partners/Associates in various locations to deliver KC's strategy.
- Identifies locations for own offices, strong entities for franchisee relationships and suitable Partners/Associates in line with KC organizational strategy.
- Engages with potential network members and makes a business case for inclusion in the network.
- Helps on-board network members by coordinating with other parts of the KC organization.
- Manages the relationship with the network and identifies network members for performance reward, support and/or replacement/retirement.
- Intervenes when required to ensure that support from the KC support organization is always available to network members at the agreed Service Levels and helps manage escalations and issues.
- Collecting and Sharing insights
- Collects insight, is aware of developments/trends and develops actionable intelligence for appropriate action by leadership team at KC.
- Shares insights/information that helps network members perform optimally.
- Conducting network events and participating in industry events
- Provides insights for conducting events for KC stakeholders, as appropriate;
- Presents at industry events, where appropriate.
Candidate Requirements
Post Graduate in Business Management.
- Overall 12-15 years of channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the education consulting industry
- At least 5 years- experience in managing service industry networks.
- Age must be at least 35 years
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good interpersonal/negotiation skills.
- Commercially astute.
- Working Conditions The job requires constant and frequent travel across the country - including Tier 3 cities/towns and being in touch with a large network over e-mail and telephone - often at odd hours.
- Physical requirements Ability to travel for extended periods, at short notice and using multi-modal transport - air, rail and even bus.
- Direct reports Manager Franchisee operations, Manager Business Development, Team-Business Development Indirect reports will include regional managers in the KC organization.
