Krishna Consultants - Executive - Business Development (3-8 yrs)
Duties and Responsibilities - Working with existing Partner Associates and coordinating activities to generate new applications, deposits etc. in assigned territory.
- Responsible for business tours on monthly basis by focusing on converting Non - Active Existing Partner Associates to Active Partner Associates by reviving relationship with them.
- The BDE will have to prepare a monthly visit plan to Existing Partner Associates in his territory and get it approved by the BD Head and final approval of CEO.
- Building connectivity with Existing Partner Associates so that they maintain continuity and longevity of working with us after every intake
- Understand & communicate concerns of Partner Associates to leadership team in apt manner.
- To support Partner Associates for their queries and get the queries resolved with the help of subject matter expert on overseas education.
- Updating product and domain knowledge for Partner Associates by arranging training and support from respective country team members on a regular basis
- Preparing a compiled MIS report related to Existing Partner Associates follow ups & visits on monthly basis for management review.
- The BDE will prepare a Daily Work Done report and on Tour visit report on daily basis and send it via email to BD Head, BD Manager, CEO.
- To search for new proposed prospective Partner Associates in the assigned Territory and motivate them to be do business with us. (30% of the time
