Roles & Responsibilities :
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals find new opportunities.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Able to Appoint/Manage/handle team.
- Must have ability to lead the team as well problem solving.
- Able to provide training and helping team members develop their skills and achieve there targets.
- Able to achieve targets in deadlines.
Location : All over Gujarat(Zone wise)
Eligibilty :
- Only male candidates are required.
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Proven working experience (4 -10 Yrs) in channel sales/ B2B Sales/FMCG
