Kridhan Infra - Executive - Sales (5-10 yrs)
Professional Requirements :
- B.E. (Civil/Mech), MBA will be added advantage,
- 5 to 10 years of experience in selling capital goods
- Bar coupler knowledge will be added advantage
- Should have good understanding of territory market knowledge, customer database, contractors, RCC Consultant/architect etc.
- Last 2 years should have good performance record Computer Knowledge: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

- Good grasping power - enthusiastic approach
- Organizing self for customer visits & plan for the day/week/month
- Understanding of Key Accounts Mgmt.

Responsibilities & tasks :
- Plays a vital role in meeting management objective for the area and active sustainable growth
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
- Setting SMART sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
- Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
- Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
- Analyzing revenue per customer and customer universe in assigned area
- Preparing reports of field activity/ sales report/customer data
- Maintain the account receivable within the set limits - DSO< 40
