Customer Care Executive
Customer Service Executive plays a critical role in providing an interface between customers and the product of the company. We are looking for candidates who have good communications skills, interpersonal skills and can handle stress well.
The candidate should possess good listening skills, and the ability to think quickly, to make a recommendation or solution to the customer's problem. A clear and pleasant speaking voice and fluency is also desired.
Fluency in Telugu and English is mandatory
And the Key Responsibilities are classified as below :
1. Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services or to obtain details of complaints
2. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure proper solution for each of the tickets with proper SLA- s
3. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications
4. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests
5. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
6. Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
7. Familiar with CRM systems and practices will be a plus
8. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
