KredX - Relationship Manager - Corporate Sales (3-10 yrs)
- KredX is an online Bill Discounting Platform established in 2015 by a clutch of bankers and techies from IIT Kanpur & Stanford to disrupt the trade receivables discounting space in India. It has offices in Bangalore, New Delhi & Mumbai with total team size of around 70 spread across three locations.
- KredX is also a series A Sequoia Capital funded company with established business model & growth avenues across the entire trade receivables space in India and already boasts of several large corporates as its clients.
- Corporate Sales Vertical is a part of Corporate Sales division which is headquartered in Bangalore. This vertical specializes in acquiring/sourcing/retaining/expanding and developing relationships with key decision makers (CFOs, Financial Controller, Heads of Finance, etc. and not HRs, admins and facilities- heads) of large/mid corporates to sell our products/services.
Job Role :
- Corporate RM role entails acquiring/sourcing/retaining/expanding and developing relationships with key decision makers (CFOs, Financial Controller, Heads of Finance, etc. and not HRs, admins and facilities- heads) of large/mid corporates with monthly and quarterly targets.
- It requires the candidate to do business development - arrange meetings, prepare pitches/decks, present it to corporates, manage follow-ups to sell our products and services.
- Be active in scouting corporate leads and converting them into meetings
- Ensure high level of customer service orientation and satisfaction
- Inform customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the relationship.
- Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
- Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
- Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 4 to 8 years of experience as a Corporate RM with an established financial institution or mid/large corporate preferably with B2B sales experience.
- At-least a bachelor in any stream from recognised institutes. MBAs will be preferred.
- Must have an existing network of Corporate relationships from his previous stints. No freshers should apply.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with a select group of corporate customers along with retention responsibilities with monthly and quarterly targets.
- Good understanding of trade receivables business and products.
- High energy and drive.
- Go getter attitude.
- Self-motivated with a passion to achieve.
