- KredX started as an online Bill Discounting Platform in 2015 by a clutch of bankers and techies from IIT Kanpur & Stanford to disrupt the trade receivables discounting space in India. KredX over a period of time added many more products in the area of Working Capital, Growth Capital & Treasury Income products using deep tech solutions catering to Large Enterprise / corporates. It has offices in Bangalore, New Delhi & Mumbai.

- KredX is a series A Sequoia Capital funded & series B Tiger Global funded company with established business model & growth avenues across the entire trade receivables & Supply chain space in India and already boasts of several large enterprise / corporates as its clients.

Role - Manager, Investor Sales

Job Location : Bangalore

- It requires the candidate to do business development, engage with bond houses/ partners, procure, access and update live prices and available bond inventory

- It requires the ability to do order fulfillment and order reconciliation pertaining to bonds sold to clients

- Be active in scouting leads, converting them into meetings to onboarding and finally converting them to sales.

- Ensure high level of client ownership, service orientation and satisfaction

- Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing HNI / UHNI / Corporate clients.

- Maintain complete relationship record for assigned HNI/UHNI/Corporate accounts.

- Track customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- 5-7 years of experience in bond houses/bond brokerage as a wealth RM / RM.

- Knowledge/ Experience of selling Third party revenue products like Bonds is a must.

- Looking for someone who is highly structured and can create order and rigor in running the product line.

- Should be a confident communicator, driven & tenacious.

- Should possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Should be a team player.

- Should be able to influence team members across all levels without the need for direct authority
