Responsibilities :

- The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for converting digital leads and build a strong pipeline for conversion.

- Candidate will also be responsible for overseeing personnel in the company's inside sales team

- Candidate will act as a strategic partner with an eye towards long-term sales strategy with the digital team

- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing

- Develop a thorough understanding of KredX's product, customer categories and competitors

- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound. Use CRM & Cloud telephony to reach out to the relevant leads for closure

- Reachout to inbound leads in a timely fashion and pitch relevant product

- Responsible for cross collaboration with different teams for funnel optimisation

- Target based role

- Handle a team of 8-10 inside sales executive

- Prior Experience in roles like Sales, Account Management, Pre-Sales, Sales Support

- Keen on building a long-term career in B2B Inside Sales.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to think on the feet and handle sales objections.

- Diligent in using CRMs

- Responsible for lead conversion and account management
