About the Role :

The CRM Manager will be an integral part of our Marketing Team, leading a team of campaign executives and collaborating with the creative and content teams as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the CRM marketing strategy, including end-to-end execution across various channels (SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, RCS, Email, OBD, IVR, etc.), segmentation, testing, and continual evaluation for improvements.

- Identify metrics and analyze campaign performance by setting benchmarks for various cohorts.

- Demonstrate expertise in A/B testing and other impactful testing methods.

- Identify cohorts and plan campaigns to improve extraction percentages.

- Work with Product Owners to calendarize communications across cohorts.

- Exhibit proficiency in marketing automation, including email marketing, push notifications, In-App Notifications, and SMS.

- Have experience in using Clevertap.

- Write queries to analyze campaign performance.

- Experiment with personalized content for users and scale up successful ones.

- Streamline operations by setting up processes and automating tasks.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in CRM and marketing automation.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

- Expertise in A/B testing and other testing methodologies.

- Familiarity with Clevertap or similar CRM platforms.

- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
