With a strong focus on online tech-based and data-centric KYC, KreditBee envisions to solve the financial inclusion gap in the varied demographic segments of the country. The platform is backed by a Systemically Important NBFC Krazybee Services Private Limited, registered with RBI since May 2017, as well as various debt & platform partners.
- KreditBee is a brand of Finnovation Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd and is currently a Series-C funded entity with a cumulative fundraise of over USD 200 Million. It is backed by some key VC firms and investment entities like Azim Premji's Premji Invest, Motilal Oswal Private Equity, TPG-backed NewQuest, South Korea's Mirae Asset Venture, and US-based Alpine Capital. Some other marquee investors include ICICI Bank, Arkam Ventures and SIDBI's investment arm IndiaSME Investments. Roles & Responsibilities :
- Be the part of a team; of highly skilled performance marketers and craft affiliate marketing strategies
- Responsible to drive conversions along with high-quality user acquisition using affiliate marketing channels (Ad Networks, Ad Partners, Aggregators, DSPs, Amazon Marketplace, Amazon DSP)
- Work closely with the internal CRM, Product, Creative & Content Teams to ensure timely & smooth campaign execution, conversion, re-targeting & performance tracking.
- Ensure that all campaigns are planned, tracked and operate towards specific business and growth objectives. Measure and optimize on performance ROI, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPI etc.
- Actively monitor and report performance hits & misses around affiliate marketing performance for respective source/network/partner. Along with tactical & strategic solution to drive conversions
- Onboard new Networks/Partners etc. & take the ownership of driving their performance efficacy & volume
- Liaise with external stakeholder like agencies, partners, ad networks etc & internal stakeholders
Mandatory Skills :
- Prior work experience in affiliate marketing (Ad Networks, Advertisers, Aggregators, DSPs) or Ad Sales or Business Development in Agencies is mandatory
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
- Ability to adapt & succeed in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong stake-holder management or client-management background
- Should have managed monthly budgets of more than 1 Cr INR
- Self-starter with ability to take ownership, display high commitment and multitask
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Candidates with ad agency experience or ad tech /ad network client management experience is preferred

Minimum Qualification :
- 3-5 years of experience in servicing fin-tech, BFSI, food-delivery, e-commerce or gaming industry clients
- Candidate must have ad agency experience or ad tech /ad network client management experience
