The ideal candidate will develop relationships with customers to maximize revenue and client retention. You act as a consultant by helping the Candidates choosing the right program.
Responsibilities :
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service (using scripts).
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Manage and update customer information in the database with disciplined follow-ups.
- Handle objections/grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales.
Skills Required :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in English & Hindi).
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Ability to quickly learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Should not be hesitant with rigorous calling, target pressure handling, and teamwork.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
