Responsibilities & Duties :
1. Making Calls to Customers :
- Initiate outgoing calls to customers for various purposes such as follow-ups, updates, or promotions.
- Provide courteous and professional assistance during phone interactions.
- Ensure accurate documentation of call details and outcomes.
2. Maintaining the Database :
- Regularly update and maintain customer databases with relevant information.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all entries.
- Organize data in a systematic manner for easy retrieval and analysis.
3. Lead Verification :
- Verify leads generated through various channels to ensure their authenticity.
- Conduct thorough checks to validate contact information and interest level.
- Document verification outcomes and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
4. Handle Client Queries/Escalations :
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide clear and accurate information to resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfactory resolution of queries or escalations.
5.Maintain Relations with Existing Clients :
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Recommend suitable upgrades or renewal options based on client requirements and company offerings.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications :
Experience : Fresher
Skills : Proficient Written & Verbal Communication Skills in English
Qualifications : Any Graduate
