- Give Presentations on the Client's Place as well online.
- Market Research & negotiations
- Responsible for Generating new business/ new leads / corporate clients.
- Analyzing Client requirements & drafting proposals for Digital Marketing/ Graphic Designing/ Website/ Mobile Application sales.
- Create and confidently deliver techno-functional presentations internally and externally.
- Serves as the liaison between a technical person & business area for multiple accounts.
- Analyzing & Documenting client's Business Requirements and processes, communicate their requirements to technical personnel by constant basic conceptual data and process models.
- Preparation of Tenders
- Handling and managing corporate digital signature device
- Experience in using google sheets.
- Adhere to company quality and business processes.
- Bid Management, online bidding, Cost estimation, confirmation to Bid, Bid kick-off.
- Giving presentations & demonstrations to the clients.
- Framing pre-bid queries & attending pre-bid meetings.
- Coordinating with solution delivery, Product management, Product development, and other internal teams to ensure the creation of timely high quality winning proposals.
- It should be comfortable for short notice bid meetings.
- Managing and creating the EMD, Tender document amount transaction with Accounts teams.
- Taking follow up of EMDs, Tender status, Tender specific queries, Pre-bid response, upcoming amendments, etc. with the Tendering authority.
- Impact analysis of corrigendum or amendments in tenders.
- Respond to inbound and outbound Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner.
- End-to-end ownership of Bid Pursuits comprising RFP / RFI / RFQ responses and/or proactive proposals.
- Internal Team Handling
- Participate in the company's strategic planning
