Kraftshala - Senior Manager - Digital Marketing (4-6 yrs)

About the Role:
As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you would be simultaneously leading our digital strategy while also building content and learning sessions for digital marketing students, often in partnership with India's top digital marketers.
What You'll Do:
- Rapidly expand our online reach through an aggressive and entrepreneurial approach to constantly testing, measuring and iterating.
- Work with creative and content teams to develop best in class marketing campaigns optimized for conversion, relevance and student/ recruiter preferences
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence in tune with the overall brand strategy.
- Work with the industry's leading marketing thought leaders to distil new learnings into stories and frameworks that feed into our program content.
- Deliver learning sessions on key aspects of digital marketing to aspring digital marketing students.
- Build a team of digital marketers to run campaigns and mentor students.
What You'll Need :
- 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong hold on search (paid and organic), content and email.
- Curiosity and ambition to become one of the leading digital marketers of the future.
- An analytical bent of mind
- Great communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across multiple teams in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment
