As the Marketing Manager, you would be simultaneously crafting our brand strategy while also helping to build content and learning sessions for marketing students, often in partnership with India's most celebrated marketers.
What You'll Do:
- Define the strategic orientation and the annual marketing plan, propose and monitor marketing mix strategies, monitor the program portfolio
- Create, evaluate and fine-tune new program concepts through in-depth end-user and stakeholder immersions.
- Create the business case and be the custodian of the P&L for major programs.
- Define and build brand equity for Kraftshala as the eminent thought leader in the sales & marketing training ecosystem.
- Work with the creative teams to churn out program relevant communication.
- Work with the industry's leading marketing thought leaders to distil new learnings into stories and frameworks that feed into our program content.
- Use persuasive storytelling techniques and work with the production teams to churn out engaging, industry relevant content.
- Deliver learning sessions on key aspects of marketing to aspring brand builders.
- Cascade product design requirements based on targeted learning outcomes to the technology team and work with them for flawless execution.
What You'll Need
- 3-5 years of brand management experience in a B2C company such as FMCG.
- Curiosity and supreme learning agility
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to structure, persuade and bring alive nuanced concepts.
