Kraftshala - Manager - Business Development/Strategic Partnerships (2-4 yrs)

About the Role:
As Manager, Strategic Partnerships you would be driving our partnerships across recruiters, business schools, industry leaders and other stakeholders in the ecosystem.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a key member of the partnerships team, forging new and scaling existing partnerships.
- Identify, engage and build opportunities with top-tier partners amongst sales/marketing recruiters, b-schools and industry leaders.
- Build, manage executive level relationships and drive long-term collaboration.
- Draw the vision for a new segment or re-define an existing segment
- Build relationships and work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, program and CRM.
- Identify new opportunities basis a strong understanding of the business education and training eco-system
- Be responsible for key metrics- revenues, number/ quality of partners etc.
- Drive end-to-end execution
What You'll Need -
- MBA from a good business school.
- Bias for action, and ability to work independently toward stated goals with minimal oversight
- Ability to think big and execute methodically. Adept at identifying win-win opportunities using data.
- Curiosity and supreme learning agility to ride a steep learning curve that comes with a fast growing education startup.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple work-streams.
- Ambition and drive to make an impact at a global level.
