Kraftshala - Associate Manager - Sales & Marketing - IIT/NIT/BITS (1-2 yrs)
As an Associate Manager, Sales and Marketing you would work across both functions. In Sales, you
would be responsible for managing relationships with different campuses along with counseling students and mapping their needs to our offerings. In Marketing, you would directly work with the marketing head to craft brand communication while also helping to build content and learning sessions for marketing students. Any person who joins our team needs to share our passion for positively impacting students- careers and, in the process, change the landscape of higher education in India.
Responsibilities:
- Building and promoting strong, lasting relationships with students by understanding their needs, providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities
- Counselling B-School students and mapping their needs with our offering
- Work with the creative teams to churn out program relevant communication.
- Work with the industry's leading marketing thought leaders to distill new learnings into stories and frameworks that feed into our program content.
- Use persuasive storytelling techniques and work with the production teams to churn out engaging, industry-relevant content.
Basic Qualifications:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills to build a relationship with students
- Curiosity and willingness to learn to ride a steep learning curve that comes with a fast-growing firm
- Perseverance & drive to meet targets
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple work-streams
- A strong penchant for problem-solving, with the ability to think strategically and tactically
- Proven analytical thinking, project management skills and attention to detail
- Undergrade from a Tier 1 College
