KP Group - General Manager - Sales (10-15 yrs)
GM Sales
- Target Oriented & Aggressive approach
- Negotiation with clients and enter into Power purchase agreements for long term
- Propagate company vision & mission among customers and sales people in the field.
- Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients.
- Analyse sales data and collaborate with marketing executives to develop lead generation plans.
- Capability of working under pressure & achieve targets based on the guidelines of the company's goals.
- Manage sales pipeline of the area of operation, guide, mentor and personally own large deals build on occupancy through better conversion.
- Build a robust broker and channel network to generate demand through channel partner portfolio.
- To make Direct channel & CPC up keep one of our key differentiation.
- Suggest to Senior management improvement & changes wherever needed.
- Conduct market research and gather market intelligence data related to potential clients related to portfolios
- Independent Power Producer (IPP) & Captive Power Producer (CPP)
- Generate leads & inquiries and approach potential customers to market the product
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their requirements
- Use technical expertise when explaining project plans and discount.
- Conduct regular meetings with existing customers and ensure they remain satisfied and ensure positive feedback and reference
- Travel within Gujarat mostly South & Central Gujarat to meet potential and existing customers
- Coordinate with various internal departments for proper & timely execution of orders / PPAs
- Escalate feedback received from client to top management and undertake corrective actions as and when required.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills.
- Ability to build strategic and long term relationships.
- Willing to travel locally within Gujarat.
- Candidates having experience in Renewable energy will be preferred.
- Candidates having own vehicle (four wheeler) will be an added advantage.
- Ability to market the brand and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Techno-Commercial candidate may add advantage.
- Experience in dealing with Electrical products such as Transformers, switch-gears, Inverters, Cables etc.
Team Management :
- Work closely with HR to recruit all new & replacement staffing in time.
- Ensure staff training calendar is made & executed.
- Build a robust team & train people to create talent pool for internal promotions.
Brand Building :
- Be the face of the company & represent in a manner that exhibits the company's values with the company's best interest in mind.
- Do not make official- non official PR statement or leadership speech without prior approval
- Take complete responsibility of emergency & escalation situation, coordinate with corporate to ensure fast closer, putting the company's best interest in mind.
