Kovax Abrasives - Officer - Sales (3-6 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
- Generate new business leads and convert prospects into clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Respond to client inquiries and provide product information
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, improve sales strategies, and achieve sales quotas.
- Report sales results to management and suggest strategies for improving sales performance
Preferred candidate profile :
- Candidates who are having techno-commercial skills
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the B2B sales industry is a plus
