Kotak Life Insurance - Regional Relationship Manager - B2B Vertical (7-12 yrs)
- Key account management: Account management of assigned accounts within defined territory. Driving business from allotted relationships in assigned geography through team. Increasing business from non PSU Bank relationships in assigned territory.
- Relationship Building with Key Personnel: Building up relationship with the counterparts at the partners end. Providing them insights of various matters including industry developments, regulatory changes and overall market information. Being updated with such developments on regular basis. Identifying any loop holes in the relationship at nascent stage.
- Conversion of Accounts: Look for opportunities in the affinity groups in assigned territory and acquire them. Share about service standards maintained by Kotak Life including claim settlement(s).
- Managing front line sales team: Goal setting and activity management of the team to achieve desired results. Development of each team member based on his / her specific needs
