Kotak Life Insurance - Chief Manager/Assistant Vice President - Campaign Management (10-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify data cohorts through detailed campaign experiences and data analysis to develop campaigns
- Basis above trends, design campaign activities according to distribution Channel (Agency, ALT and Direct Marketing)
- Work closely with Data Science, Customer Service, Persistency and Marketing teams to create seamless Customer campaigns
- Conceptualize, design, cull-out data and deploy segmented campaigns to drive cross sell numbers
- Owner of all D2C (Direct to Customer) campaigns from planning to conversion stage
- Design customer programmed through various communication platforms like SMS, email, voice, digital and social media.
- Publish 'Campaign Launch' and 'Performance Reports' on Weekly Frequency
- Manage internal and external stakeholders / vendors, understand their requirements
- Derive learnings, analyze and drive efficiencies on a day-to-basis for the campaigns deployed. Plan new campaigns based on these leanings. Share analysis and reports on a weekly basis
Experience:
- Life insurance domain mandatory
- 10+ years of experience in Managing and Running Campaigns (offline and online), Product Strategy experience in Life Insurance domain
Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA
