Kotak General Insurance - Sales Trainer (4-7 yrs)
- Deliver product trainings across the organization for employees and channel partners
- Liaison with stake holders (HRBP, Functional Head, Distribution Head) periodically to collect training needs and add to the training calendar
- Maintain MIS of training data and create dashboard to publish

- Execute Pre & Post Training Assessment periodically and derive a visible learning curve out of the trainings delivered.
- Maintain timely and accurate MIS of all the trainings delivered.
