Kotak General Insurance - Sales Role - Digital Alliance (1-6 yrs)
1. Management of existing relationships in order to meet the strategic goals of Digital business.
2. Continuous engagement with Partners to understand and facilitate resolution of technology and service issues.
3. Identification of optimization opportunities in the acquisition & processing funnels
4. Meet regularly with Partner to ensure the business shared is growing and create new avenues for growth
5. Managing internal stakeholders like UW, Operations, IT, Legal to ensure business continuity
6. Have a business sense of identifying early warnings and take suitable action without any delay for managing the Profitability of the channel
7. Identify potential corporate partners for Digital alliance for Insurance Business. Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to initiate contact with key decision-makers within target companies, Conduct cold calls, emails, and other forms of outreach to introduce our organization and present partnership opportunities. Build and nurture relationships with corporate stakeholders, including executives, managers, and department heads.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor partnership proposals and negotiate terms that align with both parties' interests.
