Kotak Education Foundation - Content Manager (3-5 yrs)
Content Creation
i. To create Accelerated Tech Enabled Spoken English content & upgrade curriculum for higher / lower level and remedial on a regular basis
ii. To create/check content for Accelerated Tech Enabled Spoken English reading / skit / assembly/ notice board/ AV/ Reports(Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, Annual, Program Cycle), Events and any other requirements as and when they come
iii. To create and upgrade Accelerated Tech Enabled Spoken English testing mechanism for students
iv. To create Spoken English language assessment mechanism for teachers
Planning and Implementation
Planning:
1. To plan WH of Umang activities across all schools
2. To plan the following for assigned schools:
i. Yearly observation/school visit plan
ii. Completing of agreed upon days/hours in school
iii. Additional Activities for students' Spoken English development
iv. Extra activities like remedial, library and other activities for the enhancement of the program
3. To plan lesson observation for direct teachers.
Implementation:
1. To make a Visit Plan to check the Program progression across schools
i. To complete 2 school visits per month per school
ii. To complete 100 teaching days per level in all schools
iii. To implement all LP activities as planned
ivi. To implement any extra activity as planned for students' development
2. To complete 35 observations per teacher per year for direct teachers
3. To visit all schools at least once a year to check implementation of activities"
Training and development :
1. To plan annual training plan and train the coords and AMs
2. To train the teachers in the assigned school and ensure (assigned) teachers- progress on lesson observation scores
3. To conduct common training for the Umang team as and when required
Documentation and Record-keeping
1. To update following documents:
i. Planned vs actual
ii. Weekly planning
iii. Daily log sheet
iv. Training schedule
v. Minutes of meetings
vi. Saturday Plan
vii. School visit form
viii. Lesson observation form
ix. Teachers' language scores
2. To check the following documents/files:
i. Planned vs actual
ii. Students attendance (hard and soft copy)
iii. TA forms
v. Leave forms
vi. Students status file
vii. Hard copy of students attendance register
viii. LP related documents, photos, videos
ix. All reports of activities
xi. MIS related documents
xi. Scripts of events
xii. Test results
Initiative & Resourcefulness :
1. To take initiatives for the enhancement of the program
2. To ensure optimum use of resources by cost cutting
