Kosmoderma - Manager - Online Marketing (2-6 yrs)
Role:
Own and drive digital marketing plan and revenue for Kosmoderma :
- Own the Web presence quality - including Website, Social Media Handles, PR coverage
- Build and leverage relationships with key stakeholders like publishers, creative agencies, and partners like Google and Facebook
- Leverage free channels like blogs, social media and PR for driving word of mouth marketing
- Share analytics from the campaigns with the internal team and help them in refining their strategy on regular basis
- Manage a team of executives to achieve the Digital Marketing Objectives
- Demonstrate ability to work at the planning level while generating bold and innovative ideas for growth and also at the tactical level while managing advertising campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data and solving problems
- Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of mobile app paid advertising initiatives
- Manage the annual budget for digital marketing
- Oversee and continue to improve tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyze key metrics including cost to acquire, quality of the traffic by source, and return on investment
Requirements :
- Graduate/ post graduate with at least 3 years of experience with SEM /PPC, Native Advertising, Social / Facebook and Programmatic Display Advertising.
- Candidate should have excellent knowledge of online advertising channels, standard industry metrics, channel best practices and lead generation business models
- A highly results oriented, articulate, decisive, self-starter who energizes people around him/her
- Strong analytical skills and experience with business modeling
- Solid understanding of paid search platforms interface, algorithm, campaign management, campaign optimization and strategies.
- Must be an effective manager with ability to manage multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Word/Excel/Power Point).
- Excellent verbal, written and presentations skills
- Strong data analysis skill, able to decipher complex data and numbers to draw inferences, trends and insights.
