Kosha - Senior Manager - Sales (4-6 yrs)
Kosha is looking for a B2B Sales Manager with 2-3 years of experience. We are looking for a self- driven, target oriented individual to handle sales and business development for our organization.
Kosha is a company specializing in travel and winter clothing. Currently branded as Prrems, it is run by a fun, young group. Prrem's has been in existence for 2 decades and is now in the of rebranding to Kosha.We enjoy coming up with creative ideas in the travel and fashion space to promote the products available at Kosha.
Qualification : MBA
Experience : Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Job Location: Bandra (W)
Scope of work:
1. A thorough understanding of our products and the travel industry. Plotting potential target groups for sales.
2. Monitor trends and discover new sales possibilities in Mumbai and subsequently India.
3. Prepare presentations to pitch to prospective clients and other support material as required.
4. Follow up and convert to sales.
5. Maintain relationships with existing and new clients. Understand their business and strategize for expanding mutual benefits.
6. Attending travel trade events to engage with the travel and outdoor community.
7. Looking for opportunities in customer engagement and executing them.
8. Will be responsible for improving product sales and market share and achieving targets.
Desired Skills:
We are looking for a serious hustler. Someone dynamic who is determined to convert opportunities, is articulate and can strike up a conversation with anybody. Someone who believes that a - no- is never the end result. An individual who has the ability to thrive in chaos while being supremely organised & believes in the power of deadlines. Someone with an understanding of the offline and online retail industry.
Remuneration:
As per industry standards. The package will include incentives on the targets achieved.
