Korgen Tech Systems - Executive - Customer Care (1-3 yrs)
Key responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls professionally, provide correct information about products and services, take orders and register customer complaints.
- To call prospective customers for fixing appointments and transaction-related matters.
- Maintain database of call records, customer interactions, inquiries, leads, complaints, comments and follow up on the action taken.
- Send product quotes to customers in coordination with the sales team
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead closure and payment collections
- Follow up with the service team for timely resolution of customer complaints
- Escalate unresolved customer complaints and other issues to the higher ups.
- Build good relationships and trust with customers through polite, open and transparent communication
- Follow the set protocols, communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Submit periodical MIS with details that would help improve the customer experience.
Desired Profile :
- 1-3 years of experience in similar positions
- Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer-oriented attitude and the ability to respond and handle tough customers
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Hardworking, efficient and a collaborative team player
- Stamina to work in a fast-paced result-oriented environment
- Dynamic personality and a solid team player
- High level of personal integrity and ethical standards
Qualifications :
- Graduation/Diploma in any discipline
- Proficiency in English and Tamil. Knowing Hindi is an added advantage.
