Job Description:
- We are looking for an amazing, data-driven marketer to own SEO traffic/revenue targets for our startup.
- He/She should be passionate about working in a startup environment with quick turnaround, working with a small team end to end. You will be in charge of attracting site/app traffic, converting that traffic into revenue along with product & tech team, and nurturing those into paid customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and implement aggressive SEO strategy (on-page and off-page) based on in-depth research and analysis
- Continually monitoring organic search rankings to increase traffic and sales
- Actively measure results on a daily basis, also keeping in mind key performance indicators (bounce rate, page views, lead volume, etc.)
- Report on the overall SEO health of our web properties & rolling up reports in a meaningful way
- Troubleshoot SEO problems & propose resolutions for SEO implementation issues
- Stay on top of current search engine news, trends, SEO practices, and emerging items of interest
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming for our websites
- Analyze and build dashboards to monitor Companies search performance and of Competitors - set goals and achieve on quarterly business plans
Technical Skills/Background :
- [Critical] Understanding of search engine ranking factors, algorithms, site architectures and strategies. Has excellent knowledge regarding Optimizing landing pages for SEO
- Research and implement SEO recommendations based on algorithm changes by Google and/or by learnings from industry and competition analysis
- Has proven track record of leading and implementing link building strategies
- Familiarity with Google analytics, GTM, SearchEngine Console and other 3rd party SEO tools like Moz, ahref etc
- Understanding of web analytics and ability to derive meaningful insights for creation of organic search strategies
- Excellent analytical, organizational and team skills

- Passion for SEO and internet marketing
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Comfortable in coordinating with Vendors, Programmers, business teams & Content Writers regarding changes required in the sites
- Proven track record of delivering tangible results within their respective functions
- Excellent verbal, written and presentations skills
